No. All of our electric garage door openers incorporate radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, which means they can only be operated by a fob that has been calibrated to its unique frequency. That means we can supply you with duplicate copies for your family members, but someone with the same make and model will not be able to open it with their fob.
While we can’t guarantee an exact match, our extensive range of garage doors is available in a wide variety of finishes. We are happy to show you the various options on offer and help you find one that best suits the aesthetic of your home.
This depends on the availability of your door. While we keep some models in stock, most are ordered directly from the manufacturer, which can involve a 3–4 week turnaround. If your door requires any alterations or extra features, it may take a little longer than that. Once your door has arrived at our warehouse, we strive to get it fitted within the week.
Yes. The doors themselves come with a warranty from the manufacturer, which is typically 10 years. In addition, we offer a no-fuss guarantee on the installation itself. For your added peace of mind, all our installation and repair work is covered by our public liability insurance, in the unlikely event of any damage occurring during the fitting process.
